The Firm’s History
The firm was established in Jerusalem in 1976 by Attorney Abed Asali, founded upon strong professional commitment and a high standard of legal responsibility.
Over more than four decades, the firm has handled thousands of cases across the fields of civil and criminal law, building a reputation grounded in precision, thorough case management, and transparency.
Today, the firm continues under the leadership of Attorney Firas Asali, combining its longstanding professional legacy with a modern legal approach focused on expertise, practical solutions, and the long-term protection of clients’ interests.

Head Of The Firm
Firas Asali, Attorney and Notary
Attorney Firas Asali serves as Head of the Firm and is responsible for the legal management and direct supervision of all case files, from initial assessment through litigation or negotiated resolution.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2010.
His practice focuses primarily on civil law, with particular emphasis on:

Attorney Asali has represented clients in complex civil proceedings before the competent courts and has obtained judicial decisions considered precedential within his areas of practice.
In addition to his litigation work, he serves as legal advisor to several human rights organizations, including the Norwegian Refugee Council. He possesses practical experience in international humanitarian law and human rights law, as well as in the preparation of legal research and professional legal reports.
Attorney Asali’s approach is grounded in careful legal analysis, strategic case planning, and direct client supervision to ensure the effective protection of clients’ rights and long-term interests.
The Firm Founder
Abed Asali, Attorney and Notary
Attorney Abed Asali is the founder of the firm, established in Jerusalem in 1976.
He completed his legal education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1967. Over a legal career spanning more than four decades, he handled thousands of cases across the fields of civil and criminal law.
His practice focused primarily on real estate and land matters, contractual law, and criminal defense. Throughout his career, he represented clients in significant land and expropriation cases, as well as in proceedings before Israeli civil and military courts.
Attorney Asali was involved in numerous human rights-related cases, including the representation of detainees and prisoners, and served as legal advisor to several national and civil society organizations. He also participated as a speaker in various international legal forums.
In addition to his litigation work, he provided notarial and authentication services for local and international purposes.
Attorney Asali laid the professional foundation of the firm, establishing standards of diligence, responsibility, and committed legal representation that continue to guide the office today.
